About this Session:
The need for you as trustees to be seen to take responsibility for holding your organisations to account has seldom been greater. At the same time, so has the need for you to step-up in taking an active role in supporting fundraising. Do you understand how your charity raises funds? How diversified is your income? What options do you have to increase this? This session suggested some areas where you can help transform your charity’s ability to generate income.
